Engineered Element Geometry
Helical, X-grid and corrugated-plate element designs matched to laminar, transitional or turbulent flow regimes.
SAMHWA
Motionless inline mixing engineered for precise, repeatable blending with zero moving parts.
SAMHWA static mixers deliver highly efficient inline blending, dispersion and mass transfer using precisely engineered mixing elements fixed within a pipe or duct. With no moving parts, they achieve consistent homogeneity with minimal maintenance, low pressure drop and unlimited turndown reliability.
Every unit is hydraulically modelled and sized to the customer's process conditions — flow regime, viscosity ratio, phase behaviour and allowable pressure drop — then fabricated to international pressure vessel and piping codes in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, titanium and exotic alloys.
Helical, X-grid and corrugated-plate element designs matched to laminar, transitional or turbulent flow regimes.
Maintenance-free operation with no seals, motors or lubrication — mixing energy comes from the process flow itself.
SS316/304, duplex, Hastelloy, titanium, PTFE-lined and FRP construction for aggressive and hygienic services.
CFD-optimised elements achieve target coefficient of variation (CoV ≤ 0.05) at the lowest possible energy cost.
From 15 mm laboratory mixers to fabricated duct mixers exceeding 3 m in diameter.
Designed and certified to ASME B31.3, PED 2014/68/EU and customer piping specifications.
