Stage 02
Coded Welding & Fabrication
Welders and procedures qualified to ASME IX and EN ISO 15614. Orbital tube-to-tubesheet welding, controlled heat input and full weld-map traceability on every pressure boundary.
Stage 03
Engineering & In-Process Control
Resident welding engineers and inspectors verify fit-up, alignment and dimensions at hold points defined in the inspection & test plan — not after the fact.
Stage 04
Testing & Inspection
Hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, helium leak detection, RT/UT/PT/MT non-destructive examination, PMI verification and HEI performance testing for vacuum systems.
Stage 05
Finishing & Export Packing
Blasting, painting and passivation to project specifications, followed by export-grade packing — VCI protection, bespoke cradles and shock monitoring for sensitive equipment.
Stage 06
Global Delivery
Containerised, break-bulk and air freight coordinated door-to-site in 50+ countries, with full shipping documentation and DDP delivery options.
