SAMHWA inline heaters inject steam directly into a flowing liquid through engineered diffusers, condensing it instantly and transferring 100% of the steam's energy to the product. The result: precise, immediate temperature control without the fouling surfaces, lag and losses of indirect exchangers.
Internally modulated designs eliminate steam hammer and vibration, delivering silent, stable heating from cold start to full load — ideal for hygienic, high-viscosity and slurry duties where conventional exchangers struggle.
