Multi-Stage Vacuum Trains
Up to six stages with surface or direct-contact inter-condensers reaching 0.05 mbar absolute.
SAMHWA
Steam jet vacuum systems and eductors with no moving parts, engineered for absolute reliability.
SAMHWA ejectors use the momentum of a high-pressure motive fluid — steam, gas or liquid — to entrain, compress and pump a suction stream with no moving parts whatsoever. From single-stage eductors to six-stage vacuum trains with inter-condensers, our systems deliver decades of maintenance-free service.
Each ejector is custom-designed from motive nozzle to diffuser using proprietary sizing correlations refined over 45 years, and performance-tested against HEI standards before despatch.
Up to six stages with surface or direct-contact inter-condensers reaching 0.05 mbar absolute.
Full-load shop testing to Heat Exchange Institute standards with witnessed test options.
Nothing to wear, seize or maintain — ideal for remote, hazardous and critical services.
Steam, air, gas and liquid motive designs including hybrid liquid-ring combinations.
Carbon steel to titanium, graphite-lined and PTFE-lined for the harshest chemical duties.
Steam recompression units that recycle waste flash steam back into plant service.
